The Process

After your order is placed, a custom design is created and provided to you for review. Within the review process, we provide an estimated completion date for you. After review, production begins! 

Standard orders are created upon receipt of your order and estimated delivery communicated at the time of purchase.  

Any  order with a one week or less due date is considered a RUSH ORDER. 

If we can accommodate you, the rush fee will start at $25,. This does not include the price of your order or delivery fee.

Invoices that do not recieve payment within 3 business days will be cancelled.  Rush Orders,if accepted must be paid by close of business(5 pm) upon reciept of the invoice.
